OUR STORY

In 2015 Pakistani Expat, Hagi Saab and Saith Saab established
New Holy Home to provide a reliable, professional, and cost-effective property maintenance service for customers across Dubai. Fueled by the frustrations of notoriously unreliable technicians and unnecessary multiple visits, Saith Saab and Hagi Saab strove to create a maintenance service that thrives on exceptional customer service and well-trained technicians that complete the job right – first time and guaranteed.

Since that time, Holy Home has grown to become Dubai’s most reliable independent maintenance service company. Still overseen by Saith Saab and Hagi Saab and managed by a skilled team of UAE trained Operations and Bookings Managers, Saith Saab has now completed nearly 60,000 jobs and all are customers satisfied with our service in Dubai.

In 2015 a new arm of the business was created – Essential Maintenance annual contracts. Using the experience gained from many years supporting customers across Dubai, Saith Saab and Hagi Saab developed simple annual maintenance contracts to cover the essentials. The Essential Maintenance team deliver with the same level of customer service and workmanship that customers have come to expect from the New Holy Home team 24/7, 365 days a year.
